Pretty in pink

Anyone who knows me knows i always have about 5 projects on the go so its always an achievement to get one finished and exciting to show it off.
So i thought id show this Matinee Coat which ive just knitted for my niece thats due January 6th its a pattern book by Debbie Bliss Bbay Cashmerino. instead of picking up stitches and knitting the trim around the bottom, i crocheted a picot edging after learning how to crochet at my local wool shop, it was so much quicker and made a nice change from knitting, if anyone wants to try to crochet go for a lesson its great. The little jacket is lovely, and i am sure you enjoyed knitting in the baby cashmerino. Your niece will look beautiful in it. The crochet looks damn fine too!
